A neutral palette again, this time made to pop by the orange door frame. J would love the texture of the sofa and ottoman. It’s incredible how this space is made up of things that you don’t usually think will match, but when they are put together, they look so right. Different sofa/ottoman cover textures and colors, the single rock wall and the round glass table, vintage fireplace grille and modern orange door frame, soft flowers that look like hydrangeas in a bamboo vase. Everything, including the bucket by the fireplace and the conservatively sized/framed picture on the wall, is exquisite. Mitchy-matchy is safe and easy, but you need something like that to scream individualism.
